Something beautiful for God.
My friend, welcome! I know this is probably not where you wanted to find yourself today, but I’m glad you are here. I’ve been where you are and provide resources to help you walk this journey in faith and community.
In welcoming new life, cherishing it as long as God allowed, and continuing to honor your child(ren)’s memory through your grief I want to assure you that you are doing something beautiful for God. And while it may not always feel that way, God has done something even more beautiful for you!
I invite you to take some time to look around, comfort your heart, and find community! Before you go, be sure to grab your free copy of Scripture Study for Pregnancy & Infant Loss- let God’s truths comfort you in your time of grief.
You may feel lonely…but you are never alone.
A Little About Me!
Hi, I’m Heidi! I’m a country living Catholic mama from Southeast Minnesota. My husband and I homeschool and raise our seven living children on 8 acres of grass and mud puddles (and I guess we do have a house too).
While an educator by trade, my life and ministry took a turn towards pregnancy and infant loss awareness after the death of my infant daughter, Siena, in 2015 following a poor prenatal diagnosis. In addition to Siena’s death, we previously also suffered three miscarriages and a 30 week stillbirth. As Catholics, our church holds the dignity of these little lives with so much care. Now I want to make sure everyone else knows of the beautiful treasures our faith has to offer for families facing pregnancy and infant loss.
I would love to come meet you at an upcoming event. Click on the events tab for information on public events. I’m also available to speak at your mom’s group or women’s retreat- Send me a message and we will make something work!

Bitter Grace
